Requirements

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Support in winning new customers through telephone contact and follow-up
• Care and maintenance of customer contacts through various communication channels
• Conducting need analyses and developing tailored solutions in cooperation with sales
• Close cooperation with dispatch and other internal departments to ensure optimal customer results
• Maintenance and documentation of customer data and creation of reports
