Job Description
The Associate Youth Pastor is a support position to the Youth Pastor at the campus level, responsible for leading and executing the vision of student ministry. The role involves inspiring people to use their gifts, developing leaders, and providing pastoral care to families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in youth ministry
- Ability to inspire people, lead teams, and manage conflict
