Vice President of Product: Development, Design, Sourcing and Quality

We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the development, design, sourcing, and quality of our products, ensuring they are appealing, high-quality canvases for our original art and messages. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in building, leading, and retaining product team members, with a deep understanding of the apparel industry and ability to drive business growth and profitability in eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in building, leading, and retaining product team members
• Skilled at identifying the right talent for each role you lead: Design, Sourcing, Product Development, Production Art, and Quality
• Led business growth and profitability in eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels by creating great product
• Contributed to a positive environment that encourages creativity, championing new ideas, new methodologies, and resourcefulness
• Past work includes examples of skillful and successful negotiation and conflict resolution
• Known for your ability to speak, write, and present clearly, simply, and succinctly
