Job Description
The Assistant Director of Residence Life (ADRL) will provide leadership and support to female resident assistants and campus residents. This role involves comprehensive care, staff development, event planning, and ensuring a positive student experience. The ADRL acts as the primary point of supervision for all female resident assistants and campus residents, actively participating in programs and events requiring on-call rotation and emergency/crisis intervention.
Requirements
- A vibrant and authentic Biblical Christian faith and worldview
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of experience serving students in higher ed
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Professional judgment and discernment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
