Senior Assistant Director, Residential Life Neighborhoods

The Senior Assistant Director of Residential Life will provide support to 5 Assistant Directors, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality residential experiences and support across all Residential Life Neighborhoods. This position is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of entry-level staff, as well as managing large processes that contribute to the development of goals and planning efforts for the department.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in management or related field
• A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience including experience leading a team
• Ability to utilize strong critical thinking, analytical, team building, and conflict management skills to foster student learning and development
