Director, Campaign Fulfillment & Circulation Operations

Life Science Connect (LSC) is seeking a strategic, email marketing operational leader to run the commercial execution engine behind our audience lifecycle. The role involves ensuring that every campaign, newsletter, and content promotion reaches the right reader at the right time with flawless execution and airtight compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in email operations, campaign fulfillment, or circulation management
• Experience in B2B media or publishing strongly preferred
• Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
• Deep knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and large-scale newsletter operations
• Proven ability to build operational processes and lead cross-functional teams
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or complex B2B industries is a plus
