Job Description
Join our team and make a difference in people’s lives! We're looking for an Intensive Case Manager for the Sacramento Downtown, CA area. The job involves providing assistance and aids to individuals and families requiring assistance from the organization, promoting and living out the LifeSTEPS workplace values, and advocating for participants to access community resources and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar environment providing social services
- Valid California Driving License and reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
