Requirements

• Current licensure and registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health-related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Community Health Nurse or Registered Nurse in a certified home health agency
• Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including fiscal and operational oversight
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, licensure requirements, and Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Strong nursing skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Hepatitis profile required if making patient visits
