Job Description
Join Life Care Home Health Family! We provide skilled nursing, therapy, homecare, hospice, palliative care, and private duty services. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the administration of clinical services, ensuring high quality of patient care in the home.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- A minimum of three (3) years of Hospice supervisory or management experience
- Minimum one year (two years for ACHC Accreditation) of hospice or home care experience as a registered nurse obtained within the last 36 months
