Job Description
Medical Social Worker provides psychosocial support to patients and families in a hospice setting, conducting assessments, providing counseling, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Graduate of Medical Social Work degree as a Licensed Medical Social Worker.
- Graduate of a Master program
- Current drivers' license
- One (1) year of experience in palliative care or hospice preferred
