Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC RM- Week day NOC shift

The LPN performs nursing functions within the household, providing leadership and vision, ensuring clinical operations are in compliance with regulations, and implementing policies and procedures to support quality care. The LPN also fosters collaboration, maintains working relationships with physicians, and promotes resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Current MN LPN licensure
• 3 or more years experience in skilled nursing preferred
• Training & experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Commitment to provide person-centered care
• Leadership & supervisory skills preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
