Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC Roseau Manor

LifeCare Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at Roseau Manor in Roseau, MN. The LPN will provide nursing care and support to residents, and work closely with the RN to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a person-centered culture. Requirements

• Current MN LPN licensure
• 3 or more years experience in skilled nursing (preferred)
• Training & experience in geriatric nursing (preferred)
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Commitment to provide person-centered care
• Leadership & supervisory skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
