Manager, Family Support

The Manager, Family Support is responsible for managing and leading assigned staff to improve donation outcomes, collaborating with LifeCenter colleagues and hospital staff, and obtaining authorization for donation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or at least two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in management and/or relevant lead position with proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in the healthcare industry, grief counselling, and/or end of life, with OPO experience strongly preferred
