Major Gift Officer

Lifehouse is hiring a Major Gift Officer to secure major philanthropic support for their mission, focusing on cultivating relationships and soliciting major gifts. The role involves building a portfolio of major gift prospects, developing donor strategies, and tracking pipeline activity.

Requirements

• Personally solicit and secure major gifts from individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
• Build and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects with clear revenue goals
• Develop and execute donor strategies that lead to closed gifts and increased giving
• Conduct in person, virtual, and written fundraising asks
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on donor strategy and high-level solicitations
• Track pipeline activity, revenue progress, and donor engagement in the CRM
