Benefits Manager

Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients as a Benefits Manager. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Benefits Manager to support and evolve our global benefits programs. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with solid experience in benefits design and operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits or total rewards
• Strong knowledge of benefits trends, market practices, and regulations globally.
• Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms (i.e. Workday) is preferred.
• Experience working in a large, diverse, global organization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
