Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits or total rewards
- Strong knowledge of benefits trends, market practices, and regulations globally
- Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions
- Experience collaborating with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
