Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, interacting with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
