Job Description
Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, is seeking a Client Service Director to join their team in support of an AOR seat on a key client account in the oncology space. The Client Service Director will be responsible for optimizing the customer relationship with specific clients and facilitating relationships between internal and external departments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science
- Experience using Veeva and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and project management skills
Benefits
- Base salary range: $61,200.00 - $153,000.00
- Incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered
