Job Description
Client Services Rep 1 job involves collaborating with client Core Team to plan and deliver meeting logistics, coordinating venue, food, and AV needs, and ensuring compliance with client business and compliance rules. The role requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of events planning and/or customer service experience
- Previous work experience in catering to US clients, preferably in a phone-based Customer Service role
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Proficiency in PC applications, Microsoft Office suite of products, and Outlook
