Client Services Representative 1 (PL)

Client Services Representative 1 (PL) responsible for planning and delivering meeting logistics, collaborating with client Core Team, and ensuring compliance with business rules and budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of events planning and/or customer service experience
• Previous work experience in catering to US clients, preferably in a phone-based Customer Service role
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Proficiency in PC applications, Microsoft Office suite of products, and Outlook
• Knowledge in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet preferred
• Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborate as an integral part of the project team to execute world class events
