Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for pharmacists to join the team and utilize their clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Community or primary care experience desirable
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working
