Job Description
We are looking for pharmacists to join the team as Clinical Pharmacist. The role involves utilising clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- minimum of 2 years PQE
- community or primary care experience desirable
