Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to support patients in a specialist community service. The role involves working with CMHTs, social care, and other agencies to provide high-quality interventions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MHA, MCA, and safeguarding legislation, and will be able to undertake assessments, manage patient groups, and contribute to service changes.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of MHA, MCA, and safeguarding legislation
- Ability to undertake assessments and manage patient groups
- Contribution to service changes as guided by the National Dementia Strategy
