Job Description
Amgen is seeking a Global Lead of HR Systems and Solutions to define a clear technology roadmap and deliver key HR systems capabilities, leading a team of system specialists in planning, development, management, deployment, and support of HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and implementing ERP solutions at a global scale for a public company
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years of managing Workday ERP or similar platforms
- M.B.A, information systems or finance background is highly desired
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow HRSD systems is preferred
