HR Business Partner

Join us on our exciting journey as an HR Business Partner in Barcelona, Spain. You will support the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of HR programs. This role is responsible for facilitating alignment between HR strategy and organizational/functional strategy, while partnering with the Business and Managers. You will drive HR projects, programs, and policies to support global business strategy, and maintain HR information systems.

Requirements

• Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR Specialist Functions/Centres of Excellence
• Support new employee orientation
• Conduct ad-hoc reviews and propose recommendations on employment legislation, compliance, and HR systems
• Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives
• Operate as first point of contact for HR related queries
• Provide reports and analysis as requested by senior management
