Medical Information Specialist with French, English and additional foreign

The Medical Information Specialist will provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required. This is a highly visible and important role within IQVIA and essential to our core goal of patient safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science
• Excellent written and verbal skills in French (native/C2), English (min.C1) and additional foreign language
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and effectively manage competing priorities
