We are looking for an IT Support & Service Employee to take over the 1st and 2nd level support at our technical hotline, with responsibilities including installing and configuring hardware devices, testing and problem analysis of hardware products, and performing on-site deployments in hospitals.

Requirements

• Completed successful education with a technical background
• Valid driver's license class B
• Good understanding of technology and excellent customer and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and a structured, independent working style
• Knowledge of the telematics infrastructure environment is desirable
• Good knowledge of German
