IT Support & Service Staff Member to take over 1st and 2nd level support at our technical hotline, identifying and implementing quick and efficient solutions, and taking over the installation and configuration of hardware devices to ensure smooth use for our customers.

Requirements

• Successful completion of training with a technical background, e.g., as an IT technician, IT administrator, or electrical engineer
• Driver's license class B
• Good understanding of technology and a high level of customer and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and a structured individual work style
