Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

You’re a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend. In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
