Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid role providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. Support is provided to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. The role involves providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications, building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
