Job Description
The Head of PSG India will manage the Business Development (BD) team and Clinical Trial Division BD team to drive business growth and expand the company's position as a leader in pharma services. The role requires experience in sales and people management, with a background in the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry. The successful candidate will provide effective coaching and performance management for the BD team and work with multiple stakeholders to enable customers to make the world a Healthier Cleaner and Safer place.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, chemistry, or biology
- 5+ years of people management/leadership experience
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development profile with Pharmaceutical / Clinical Research / Healthcare / R & D / CDMO / Biotech industry
