PSG Head of Sales for India

The Head of PSG India will lead the Business Development (BD) team in India, responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the pharma services market. This role requires an experienced sales and people manager with a background in the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, chemistry, or biology
• Strong people’s manager experience in business development/sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiations skills
• Interpersonal relation and networking skills
• Ability to formulate, lead, and execute business development strategies
• Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual
• SalesForce.com familiarity desired
