We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and coordinate quality activities across customer accounts, functional teams and quality management systems at a regional and/or global level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Commercial Patient Support experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance or a related quality/compliance environment
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong problem-solving, risk assessment and decision-making capability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, technical or regulated environments
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes
- Experience delivering training or coaching others
