Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a team of 12 employees in the development of a new business model for offering vaccinations in pharmacies. The role requires leadership, coaching, and sales thinking to drive sustainable revenue growth and increase vaccine sales.
Requirements
- Leadership and coaching experience in sales or account teams
- Experience with multichannel or omnichannel setups
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Ability to handle CRM and reporting systems
- Fluency in German and English
