Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a nationwide team build-up in the Dermatology area. The ideal candidate will have several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales, in-depth knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market, and strong leadership skills. The role involves leadership and development of a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring the consistent implementation of launch priorities, and promoting team engagement and motivation.
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration (according to §75 AMG)
- Several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales
- In-depth knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market and compliance requirements
- High travel readiness
- Safe and confident communication in German (C1-C2)
