We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for nationwide team building in the Dermatology area as of May 1, 2026. The role involves leading and developing a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring consistent implementation of launch priorities, and controlling regional results based on KPIs and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration (as per § 75 AMG)
• Several years of management experience in pharmaceutical sales
• In-depth knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market and compliance requirements
• High travel readiness
• Verbal German skills (C1–C2)
