Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR (India)

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR (India) to help us build high-performing teams across our India operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own end-to-end hiring, partner closely with hiring managers, and bring structure and predictability to how we hire at scale—without compromising on quality.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills—able to influence hiring decisions and drive process discipline with hiring managers and interview panels
• Proven ability to hire across multiple levels (entry-level to mid-senior) and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with structured screening, including must-have vs trainable assessment and salary expectation alignment
• Strong execution and follow-through—comfortable with high ownership, ambiguity, and fast turnaround timelines
• Working knowledge of ATS tools and hiring trackers
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a candidate-first mindset
• Experience working in a US-facing or global setup is a plus
