As the Director, Referral/Family Services Program, you will work within established policies and protocols to direct resources for successful organ and tissue recovery. The role involves managing and training staff, assessing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or OR setting
- CPTC certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management with progressive responsibility
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in directing policies and protocols
- Ability to interact with donor families and maintain above-average authorization rate
