Job Description
LifeMD Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join their growing team in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for new graduates and early-career pharmacists who are passionate about compounding and personalized patient care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited institution
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing (or eligible for licensure prior to start date)
- Strong foundational knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacology, and pharmaceutical calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with coworkers, healthcare providers and patients
- Willingness to learn and grow under the direct guidance of an experienced compounding mentor
