Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support the operation of its new program in Palo Alto, providing interim housing and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role involves supporting program start-up, creating essential documents and processes, and adapting to evolving needs as operations develop. The coordinator will provide calm, supportive crisis response, connect clients to resources, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. They will also manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for formal education
• Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
• Manages stress and emotions professionally, remaining calm, composed, and supportive under pressure
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
