Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to provide support to clients experiencing homelessness in Palo Alto. The role will involve creating a safe and welcoming environment, responding to client needs, and collaborating with the team to achieve program goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for formal education
• Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
• Manages stress and emotions professionally
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation and communication
• Proficient in using technology such as phones, messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
