Job Description
Residential Service Coordinators are responsible for keeping the site secure, supporting daily tasks, and providing calm and supportive crisis response to clients. The role requires strong attention to safety and emotional well-being, and involves working collaboratively with the team to create a supportive environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
- Manages stress and emotions professionally
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation and communication
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using technology such as phones, messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
