Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to provide supportive services to clients at the Montgomery Street Inn in San Jose, CA. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining site security, supporting daily tasks, and providing crisis response and connection to resources as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy
- Manages stress and emotions professionally
- Open to feedback and motivated to learn
- Works effectively independently and collaboratively
- Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation
