Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley since 1987. The Palo Alto Residential Service Coordinator plays an important role in keeping the program site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. This position requires strong attention to the safety and emotional well-being of clients, especially during times of stress or crisis.

Requirements

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources as needed
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera observation to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring accurate inventory and organized storage
• Create reports, update shift logs, and participate actively in team meetings
• Maintain confidentiality, appropriate boundaries, and professional conduct at all times
