Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is a non-profit organization that provides housing and services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Residential Service Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly, supporting daily operations and crisis response. This is a part-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on working with people from diverse backgrounds and promoting inclusivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in the homelessness or human services field
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
• Emotional regulation and ability to manage stress professionally
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn about trauma-informed care, crisis support, and harm reduction practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
