Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley since 1987. Our Mission is to end homelessness by providing interim housing, supportive services, and building collaborative partnerships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for formal education
• Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
• Manages stress and emotions professionally
• Open to feedback and motivated to learn and grow
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation and communication
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in using technology such as phones, messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
