Liferaft is seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented People Operations Specialist to own and continuously improve our HR systems, programs, and core operational processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS and ATS admin (BambooHR & Workable preferred)
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience managing compliance processes (ISO, OH&S) and policy administration
