Lifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Home Care Director to lead and support private duty home care agency operations across their retirement community. The role is pivotal in growing their home care business in support of aging in place within their community.

Requirements

• Experienced healthcare management background required
• 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in private duty home care, home health, or healthcare services
• Strong leadership, communication, and multi-site management skills
• RN license required
