Requirements

• Experience working in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a Life Care Plan/entry-fee sales
• Ability to generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and referrals
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Persuasive presentation skills
• Empathy and expertise in guiding families through the decision-making process
