Requirements

• Experience working in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a Life Care Plan/entry-fee sales
• Ability to generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and referrals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and guide families through the decision-making process
