- Proven experience as a successful Sales producer and manager

- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Financial acumen including understanding of a budget
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
